The very first time I cooked for my dear friend Cat was Passover Dinner – and I was a nervous wreck. Not only because an Iron Chef was going to be at my table, but also because I’m a “shiksa” who had NEVER before cooked a Passover meal!
With Manischewitz flowing, Passover was a success and soon after Cat cooked her first meal for me. Bucatini Amatriciana was the super-scrumptious dish that she made and it immediately became a family favorite. My husband loves it so much that for his birthday one year she surprised him with a giant pot of this mouth-watering sauce.
