Staying hydrated. It’s one of the biggest things we preach to ourselves and our girlfriends when we go out for a night on the town with them! I can hear myself telling my friend right now… “Oh honey, go home and drink a BIG glass of water, take two Advil and you’ll feel awesome tomorrow! No hangover, I promise!!”
So being that I’m a good friend, I’d like to share a little secret to the “not feeling like sh*t the next day” drinking trick. Coconut Water.
Ok, stop laughing. I’m serious! It’s like the fountain of superior hydration low in calorie fat free juices! It’s filled with magnesium, calcium and vitamin C. It’s rad and tastes good!
Coconut water seems to be one of those things that you’re seeing everywhere in the super-market. Every corner you turn you see those eco-friendly boxes that are filled with the stuff! At first I resisted. I mean, I like coconut, but what’s all the fuss about? Then I caved in… hated it at first… then found a brand that I just loved and now I can’t get enough of the stuff!!! What a love story, right? It’s a really mild flavor of coconut. It’s not in your face BAM! Don’t go for the sweetened ones, go for unsweetened, it’s so much better for you.
